I would like to introduce you to the cutest christmasy town of Breckenridge. Seriously I felt like I was walking in one of those Christmas village displays, that is how cute it was. On our last day, we decided to stop by on the way to the airport for lunch and to walk around. Well, walking around was cut short by a snow storm as we nearly froze, but I am so glad that we were able be there during a snowfall because it was like straight out of a Christmas movie. Although it was the perfect weather to pick up a salted caramel hot chocolate from Starbucks (If you have never tried it, your welcome, it's so good!) The pictures really just don't do it justice!
Luckily I saved my last and most prepared for cold weather outfit for this day! I picked up this green coat from Old Navy about four years ago and since then I think I have worn it a million times. It is the most comfortable jacket that I have ever put on. I love that it tightens around my waist but also covers in the back and has pockets, thats like a triple win. The little fur trim on the hood just tops it all off. This blanket scarf may not be a thick material but it definitely came in handy and kept me warm! I LOVE ear muffs, I think they are so cute and really make it feel like Christmas. I got these from J. Crew when I worked there and love any chance I get to where them. I honestly love them better than a beanie because they keep my ears so warm! Here are some of my must have cold weather accessories:
1. Ear Muffs
3. Leg Warmers
I own all of these items and use them in different occasions. Whether it be at home or while traveling, these essentials come in handy! I hope you are having a great week so far and staying warm!
